CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice of your arranged date to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me enough time to find another guest able to take that appointment. If your appointment is canceled 24 hours or less before your reserved time, 50% of your previously quoted service fee will be charged.


For larger services (those in the GLOW UP, TRANSFORMATIONS, EXTENSIONS & SMOOTHING categories), a deposit of $75 will be required to reserve your appointment time. I will follow your appointment request with an invoice. This deposit is refundable if your appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before your scheduled service.


Please reach out if you or someone in your household are feeling ill, tested positive for or have come in contact with COVID. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

LATE POLICY

I do allow a 15 minute grace period for all services, however please keep in mind you may have to forgo certain services (i.e. blowout or treatment) if you are late. Past that 15 minute window, we may have to reschedule. If that is the case, your appointment will be considered as a no show and 50% of your service will be charged to your card on file.

I value your time too! If I believe I may be running late for your service, I will do my best to let you know at least an hour ahead of time or as soon as possible.

RE-DO POLICY

My goal is always for you to feel the very best about your hair! If you are ever unhappy with the results, I ask that you let me know within 7 days. I am happy to correct any issue at no charge, within reason. A complete change in the overall look that was not previously discussed does not constitute a re-do.
